The Vision Receptivity Assessment (VRA) examines the existing church culture and assesses the likelihood that a vision for revitalization will be well-received. The final report evaluates a church’s receptivity based on a set of benchmarks and anticipates what aspects of the church might resist a vision for renewal.
Spiritual Gift Discovery Assessment
The Spiritual Gift Discovery Assessment is an indicator of the spiritual gifts you were given by God. The assessment considers all the spiritual gifts listed in the Bible and asks relevant and meaningful questions to indicate which gifts are yours. The scorecard lists your gifts in descending order.
Church Health Survey
The Church Health Survey is designed to provide church leaders a snapshot of the current health of the congregation they lead based on the 10 church health components of Acts 2:42-47. The assessment examines the characteristics described positively in the early church that churches today seek to emulate as they fulfill their mission.
Network Vision Receptivity Assessment
The Network Vision Receptivity Assessment (NVRA) examines the existing culture of a denominational network of churches rather than a single church to assess the likelihood that a vision for revitalization will be well-received by the network.
Pastoral Readiness Assessment (Church)
The Pastoral Readiness Assessment (PRA) looks at the three primary roles of a pastor – Elder, Shepherd, and Overseer – and examines nine competencies that are essential for leading a church revitalization effectively. The assessment can be completed as a self-assessment or as a 360-degree evaluation involving input from others about the pastor. The final report evaluates a pastor's readiness for leading a revitalization based on scoring benchmarks.
School Health Survey
The School Health Survey is an in-depth evaluation of enrollment, leadership, governance, finances, culture, staffing, biblical integration, extracurriculars, family relationships, and academic excellence to help pinpoint areas of strength and weakness. The results help provide a necessary starting point for the school's growth and improvement.

Leader Resilience Assessment
The Leader Resilience Assessment (LRA) helps every pastor, whether replanting, revitalizing, or working in the regular course of ministry. The results will help pastors discover their resilience level using the framework of Spiritual Vitality, Relational Tenacity, and Personal Stability. Personalized coaching based on assessment results gives pastors a better understanding of themselves and how to maximize their fruitfulness within the context of their ministry.
Campus Minister Assessment
The Campus Minister Assessment (CMA) assesses those leading in Christian ministry in a college setting. It is designed with broad competencies in mind and digs deeply into the essential functions that a campus minister performs. The feedback received will identify strengths and struggles in nine primary categories of ministry with detailed areas of growth recommended for the leader's development and highest impact.
Women in Ministry Assessment
The Women in Ministry Assessment (WMA) is designed to provide women leaders within the church objective feedback on essential leadership skill sets: Leadership Skills, Administrative Skills, and Shepherding Skills. The assessment can be taken as a self-assessment but is more powerful and helpful when taken by six additional people to provide a 360-degree perspective about her ministry.
Leader Wellness Assessment
The Leader Wellness Assessment (LWA) is designed to assess a Christian leader’s overall well-being. Leading in a church is one of the hardest tasks a person will ever undertake. The challenge of being an expert across many different disciplines among a broad diversity of people is great. Add to this the challenges of leading change, dealing with conflict, casting vision, and shifting culture, and you have a recipe for a number of workplace conflicts and personal struggles. Self-reflection and refinement are necessary and helpful in facing these challenges.
