Vision Receptivity Assessment (Church)
The Vision Receptivity Assessment (VRA) examines the existing church culture and assesses the likelihood that a vision for revitalization will be well-received. The final report evaluates a church’s receptivity based on a set of benchmarks and anticipates what aspects of the church might resist a vision for renewal.
Spiritual Gift Discovery Assessment
The Spiritual Gift Discovery Assessment is an indicator of the spiritual gifts you were given by God. The assessment considers all of the spiritual gifts listed in the Bible and asks relevant and meaningful questions to indicate which gifts are yours. The scorecard lists your gifts in descending order.
Pastoral Readiness Assessment (Church)
The Pastoral Readiness Assessment (PRA) looks at the three primary roles of a pastor – Elder, Shepherd, and Overseer – and examines nine competencies that are essential for leading a church revitalization. The assessment can be completed as a self-assessment or as a 360. The final report evaluates a pastor's readiness for leading a revitalization based on a set of scoring benchmarks.
Network Leaders Readiness Assessment
The Network Leader’s Readiness Assessment (NLRA) looks at the three primary roles of a network leader – Christlike Character, Strategic Skills, Relationship Skills – and examines nine competencies that are essential for leading a network revitalization. The assessment can be completed as a self-assessment or as a 360. The final report evaluates a network leader’s readiness for leading a revitalization based on a set of scoring benchmarks.
Church Health Survey
The Church Health Survey is designed to help your church leaders assess your church based on the 10 church health components of Acts 2:42-47. The assessment examines the characteristics described positively in the early church, that churches today seek to impulate as churches fulfill their mission. This assessment will provide church leaders a snapshot of the current health of the congregation they lead.
Leader Resilience Assessment
The Leader Resilience Assessment (LRA) helps every pastor -- whether replanting, revitalizing, or working in the regular course of ministry. The assessment result helps pastors discover their level of resilience using the framework of Spiritual Vitality, Relational Tenacity, and Personal Stability. The LRA and coaching gives pastors a better understanding of themselves and how to maximize their fruitfulness within the context of their ministry.
Network Vision Receptivity Assessment
The Network Vision Receptivity Assessment (NVRA) examines the existing culture of a denominational network of churches rather than a single church to assess the likelihood that a vision for revitalization will be well-received by the network.
Leader Wellness Assessment
The Leader Wellness Assessment (LWA) is designed to assess a Christian leader’s overall well-being.
Leading in a church is one of the hardest tasks a person will ever undertake. Not only is there a
breadth of knowledge across many different disciplines to be an expert on, but there is also the
challenge of leading a broad diversity of people. Add to this the challenges of leading change,
dealing with conflict, casting vision, and shifting culture, and you have a recipe for a number of
workplace and personal challenges. A great deal of self-reflection and refinement is required.

Women in Ministry Assessment
The Women in Ministry Assessment is designed to provide a woman who serves in some leadership capacity within the church objective feedback on skillsets essential to their roles. The assessment can be taken as a self assessment, but is more powerful and helpful when taken by six additional people providing a 360 degree perspective about their ministry.
